Hattie (“the App”) is published by Hattie App, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the iOS and Android versions of the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the store you downloaded it from.
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works from the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You may not reuse the App’s word lists or artwork in your own product or service without our written permission.
The App is intended for players aged 13 and over. Younger children may play under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Some word themes and higher difficulty levels contain topics better suited to teenagers and adults.
You are responsible for the text you enter, such as team names, player names, and any custom words. This content is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. Do not use the App to create content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful to others.
The App’s word themes are provided for entertainment only and may include brand names, public figures, places, and other real-world references. All trademarks and names mentioned belong to their respective owners. Their use in the App is descriptive, for the purpose of the game, and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. If you are a rights holder and believe content in the App infringes your rights, email us and we will review it promptly.
The App, including its name, design, artwork, the Hattie character, the compilation of its word lists, and all related content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The App is currently free. If we add paid features in the future, the price and conditions will be shown before purchase, and all payments will be handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App at any time. New versions are distributed through the App Store and Google Play and may be subject to updated terms. Older devices and operating system versions may stop being supported over time.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from — the Apple App Store or Google Play.

This licence lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these terms, and you may end it at any time by deleting the App from your devices.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
