Hattie (“the App”) is a word game for iOS and Android, published by Hattie App, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the App handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
None. The App does not collect personal data. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party data-collection SDKs. The App does not require an internet connection to play.
To make the game work, the App saves the following locally on your device only: the team and player names you type, game progress, scores and statistics, your chosen word themes, and your settings (such as sound, haptics, theme and language). This information never leaves your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is permanently removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.
The App may use your device’s speaker and vibration (haptics) to enhance gameplay. These are handled entirely on-device and produce no data that is stored or transmitted. The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location.
The App is suitable for family play. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no information from children. We do not knowingly gather data from users of any age, in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR, and similar laws.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google may collect information (such as downloads and, if you opt in, crash diagnostics) under their own policies — see Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy. That data is governed by them, not by us. We may see aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, total installs by country), which cannot identify you.
Under the GDPR, the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection, and similar laws you have rights of access, correction, erasure, and portability of your personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. All data created by the App is under your control on your own device.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version on this page. If a future version of the App ever collects data, we will update this policy before that version is released and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
